Time Tracking

Some agencies require that workers track the amount of service time by client. Others with multiservice offerings have certain departments that track client time. Workers need a way to enter the amount of time spent on certain client files.


Matrix Time Tracking Features

Client time can be entered and tracked in Matrix for any file in the system. Details such as start and end time, location, type of service, family or individual and notes can be entered into the system. Reports are available to managers to view aggregate and detailed client time tracking.
