Worker Contact Information

It is important to keep an up-to-date master list of worker contact information for supervisors and other case workers. Keeping this type of information centralized in the case management system saves workers time.


Matrix Worker Contact Features

As part of the user profile Matrix allows workers to store their contact information and keep it up-to-date. Workers can enter phone numbers, vehicle information and alternate contacts. The information for all employees is available on the User Directory screen.
