Multilingual Support

CAS agencies in the province of Ontario service a variety of multilingual communities. It is important to be able to support multiple languages in a case management system.

Matrix Multilingual Features

Matrix allows every label on every application screen to be translated on the fly to any language. Matrix also supports multilingual case forms in the system. Currently, French and English are being used in the field but the system is not limited to these languages only. If implemented in a native northern community where it is important to record information in an aboriginal language Matrix supports this. The actual language on the screen labels can be changed by a system administrator within having to involve developers.
