Worker Alerts

Some files require the involvement of multiple case workers. In a scenario when there is an investigation and children are admitted to care an Intake worker is responsible for the investigation, a resource worker is involved in finding placement options, a children’s services worker is responsible for the individual child files and eventually a family services worker may work with the family file. The need to be able to capture and share alerts with all workers involved with the file is paramount especially when worker safety is a concern.

Matrix Worker

Matrix provides a means to capture and share alerts with all individuals involved with a file. Alerts can be viewed by each individual occurrence or across all occurrences for a particular file regardless who initially entered the alert.
