Agencies have different requirements in terms of who has access to what information and what they are allowed to do in the system. Agencies need fine granular control of what features and options workers have access to.

Matrix Security Trimmed Interface

Matrix allows the administrator to configure what users can and cannot do in the system. The administrator can restrict access to entire screens in the application, certain features within screens and confidential case files. Trimmed interfaces involve displaying only those screens and features that a user explicitly has access to when they log into the system. A good example of this would be the restriction of adoption features in the system. Only those workers that should have access to the adoption features will have them available. Other unauthorized users will not even know that the features are available since they will not be displayed on their screens.
